Our full-service catering experience includes the following:
1. A bespoke and photo-worthy ice cream cart with floral decorations, stanchions, customized chalkboards, toppings, spoons, napkins, cups, and more!
2. Your choice of up to four of our award-winning artisanal ice cream flavors, depending on which cart you select.
3. Dedicated staff who set up, scoop to order, and break down after service.
Our team arrives one hour before your service start time for set up. Breakdown typically begins at the end of your scheduled service time. Please let us know if you require an earlier set-up, later breakdown, or longer service time.
During service, our staff scoops to order for your special guests! Providing samples, recommendations, and toppings at no additional cost. Freshly made waffle cones are available as an upgrade!

Our ice cream catering carts are available on a first-come, first-served basis up to a year in advance. We recommend booking our catering services as soon as possible to guarantee your date!
A 50% deposit is required to book your catering experience! The remainder of your balance is due on the morning of your event. We accept all major credit cards.
Depending on the location of your event, we may need special parking and access. Please let us know during the booking process if your venue has limited access or specific load-in/load-out rules. On-site access to power is required to book our services.
Small Cart:
We suggest a 7’ x 7’ area with access to power within 40ft.
Cart Dimensions: 44” L x 31.5” W x 40” H (without umbrella)
Large Cart:
We suggest a 10’ x 10’ area with access to power within 40ft.
Cart Dimensions: 72” L x 33.5” W x 48.5” H (without canopy)
Add Ons:
Fresh Made Waffle Cones - $2 per guest
Additional 25 Guests - $250 (includes additional 30 min. of service)
Additional 30 Min. of Service - $50 (Small Cart) $100 (Large Cart)
