As a Sorry Not Sorry Creamery shift lead you’ll embody our core values and inspire the same from your team, ultimately showing our guests what we are all about. You’ll be responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere by ensuring your team is always welcoming our guests. Furthermore, you’ll empower your teammates to create memorable ‘wow’ moments through their excellent customer service, all while working alongside a team of friends.

At Sorry Not Sorry Creamery, our shift leads will help equip our team members with all the tools and training needed to succeed in their roles, so previous leadership or supervisory experience is required. You’ll make a great shift lead and are encouraged to apply if:

Job Requirements

  • Ability to consistently converse with our guests and team in a warm and charismatic way

  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time

  • Ability to constantly flex and turn wrist(s) and spine

  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

  • Ability to consistently show up to work on time and work the scheduled shifts

  • Ability to understand and enforce store policies

  • Ability to acquire a food handlers’ card prior to starting with the company

  • Ability to adhere to food safety practices and procedures

  • Ability to carry out inventory processes where applicable

  • Ability to actively sample through all day parts
