You'll be responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere and ensuring your team does the same in your absence. Furthermore, you'll empower your team members to create memorable "wow" moments through their excellent customer service.

At Sorry Not Sorry Creamery, our store managers will provide team

members and shift leads with all the tools and training needed to succeed in their roles. Previous general manager experience is required. You'll make a great store manager and are encouraged to apply if:

Job Requirements

  • Ability to consistently converse with our guests and team in a warm and charismatic way

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

  • Ability to constantly flex and turn wrist(s) and spine

  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

  • Ability to consistently show up to work on time and work the scheduled shifts

  • Ability to understand and enforce store policies

  • Ability to acquire a food handlers' card before starting with the company

  • Ability to adhere to food safety practices and procedures

  • Ability to carry out inventory processes where applicable

  • Ability to actively sample through all day parts

  • Ability to forecast hiring needs and recruit effectively
